Saidey Whalen is an exercise science major at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. Growing up as an athlete, health has always been a big priority to her. She was a cheerleader and lacrosse player all through high school, and played a year of Division 1 lacrosse at Central Michigan University.
Anthony has always been active with sports, fitness, and dance throughout life. He joins CBC to use his off-the-wall personality and ballet fundamental experience to help students improve their health through proper form, alignment, and intensity!
Amanda fell in love with barre the moment she walked in the door at Carolina Barre and Core. Barre was a fantastic, low-impact (but totally butt kicking) addition to her workout regimen, which historically consisted of the high intensity cross-training and intervals that she was used to as a former collegiate and competitive athlete.
Robin has been dancing from a very young age. The dance studio was like her 2nd home. In college she was on both the dance team and the cheer team at NC State University.
